Continuing My Light Body Journey

The course follows my completion of Awakening Your Light Body, an extensive spiritual development programme that introduced me to working consciously with the subtle energy centres of the light body.

What is Awakening Your Light Body?

The Awakening Your Light Body course was originally developed by the spiritual guides Orin and DaBen, channelled through Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer.

Within its spiritual framework, the light body is understood as a system of subtle energy centres that can support our connection with the soul, higher self and expanded states of consciousness.

Throughout the course, I explored ways of:

• becoming more aware of subtle energies
• strengthening the connection with the soul and higher self
• opening to greater clarity, insight and inner guidance
• remaining centred when sensitive to the energies of other people
• bringing more light and consciousness into everyday thoughts, choices and experiences

For me, it was not simply about learning a collection of techniques. It offered a deeper and more experiential way of understanding energy, consciousness and the inner worlds.

The Next Stage: Radiance

Beginning on 9 September 2026, I will be undertaking the 20-week advanced course:

Radiance: Self-Exciting Light and Filling in the Frequencies

This next stage builds upon the energy centres and light body skills developed during the foundational course.

The Self-Exciting Light teachings explore how we might remain within a clearer, more peaceful flow of energy—learning to notice what takes us away from our centre and how to return more easily to a state of inner alignment.

Filling in the Frequencies moves more deeply into the exploration of light, energy and consciousness. The course considers how increasingly subtle frequencies may help us perceive ourselves, our lives and our possibilities from a wider perspective.

The programme will include live weekly teachings and guided inner journeys with Christopher Sell and Sananda, alongside the original recorded teachings created by Orin, DaBen, Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer.

Continuing to Deepen My Work

I believe that the work we offer others should continue to be supported by our own learning, reflection and personal development.

This course feels like a natural continuation of the path I have been following: bringing together energy healing, intuitive awareness, expanded consciousness and a deeper understanding of how we experience ourselves beyond the physical body.

Although the training is part of my own spiritual journey, I am sure that its influence will naturally filter into the presence, awareness and sensitivity I bring to my healing work.
