Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey

Most of you have seen my posts or have been to my healing evenings and probably have a good feel for what I’m like.

Not the most conventional therapist you might have noticed but very real and I care deeply about bringing meaningful change for women.

So I thought I’d share a little about Hannah Beard Osteopath who’ll be joining me as guest facilitator on the Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey.

Hannah brings a gentle, down to earth presence to her work and her osteopathic background means she works with the body in a quiet, listening way. There isn't any forcing just careful attention to what the body is holding and ready to release.

She might be gentle with her clients but she's got a fab background! Let's take a little look.......

she loves country walks with her dog enjoys cooking tasty dishes likes keeping fit ex rugby player worked with athletes at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games has a keen interest in research and development in her field loves spending time with family.

I'm very much looking forward to welcoming Hannah to Orchard Cottage next month for the Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey.
