ReflectionsThe Value of a Short Reflection
Some of the most meaningful thoughts don't arrive during long conversations or after reading another book.

Each January I'm fully booked with clients wanting change for the coming year. Their energy is high and they're completely invested in creating a healthier version of themselves.
For me I'm at my most energised, with clear visions and have the passion to bring them into fruition.
January is a time for me to invest in studying. I also attend a weekly development class as well as having weekly private tuition and cannot tell you how much I love that!!!
๐ซ I'm back to walking weekly, exploring new things and I've had really interesting meetings to discuss my new visions for the healing experiences I want to bring in. I've been finishing off my new website and meeting up with friends to do fun things.
I love January and although I don't make resolutions I certainly act on my ideas when they arise.
After 20+ years delivering many services I prepared the transition last year and came away from stand alone counselling sessions.
But I waited until this month to remove family therapy, relationship counselling, clinical supervision and court cases because this is when my energy is at it's best.
๐ซ It's a big decision to remove several different income streams but I'm at a different stage of life and have a vision I'm already putting in place and it's unfolding very well.
September and October are a different vibe as they're also very busy times but it's more around delivery of the services rather than creation.
August, like many of you, is when I want to sit back, chillout with friends and take a few weeks off.
I've also now moved towards a 4 day week which is more in alignment with what I want to do.
๐ซ I'm still offering counselling sessions but offered in packages of 4 sessions rather than stand alone.
So much going on, so many of you also sharing the same energy and it's an absolute joy to be going in to 2026 with you all.
