What to expect

Professional person-centred counselling for women seeking greater understanding, emotional resilience and meaningful change. My counselling is rooted in the person-centred approach, offering a confidential, accepting and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I work alongside you, helping you develop greater self-awareness, clarity and confidence as you navigate life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties or a significant life transition, counselling provides the opportunity to better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence. Sessions are available in person from my private home space in Stone, Staffordshire, or online via zoom.
